Guacamole Bites

 2 Avocados
 1 Lime, juiced
 ¼ Onions, chopped
 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
 2 tsp Cumin
 1 Garlic clove, minced
 ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
 1 dash Sea salt
 1 dash Black pepper
 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
 4 Grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
 Parsley, for garnish

In a medium bowl, add avocado and lime juice. Mash avocado with a fork.

Add chopped onion, garlic, cilantro, and the spices. Mix well.

Spoon avocado mix on crackers and top with half a grape or cherry tomato and parsley leaf.
