 ½ cup Chia seeds
 ½ tsp Matcha powder
 ½ tsp Hemp seeds
 2 tsp Honey, or monk fruit sweetener
 ¼ cup Raspberries

Mix chia seeds with milk, matcha powder and honey (or monk fruit sweetener) and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, mix well, top with berries and hemp seeds.
